Terms and Conditions
Terms for using the SAMARAM website and portals, market information, services and user-submitted content.
Last updated:
Scope of these terms
These terms concern use of samaramgroup.com and SAMARAM portals. Visiting the site does not itself create a purchase, investment, brokerage or service agreement. The contracting entity, service, fees and obligations for a transaction must be identified in the relevant agreement. Users retain all mandatory legal rights.
Accounts and authority
Keep account details and requests accurate and current. Use only accounts and information you are authorised to access, and keep passwords confidential. When acting for a business or another person, you must have the necessary authority. Report suspected account misuse or incorrect access permissions through the contact page.
Market data, analysis and estimates
Data may relate to the latest published reporting period, rather than the moment you view a page. Check each indicator’s source, period, unit and official or estimated status. Estimates, analytical outputs and AI-assisted content do not replace official data or independent verification. New publications may lead to revisions of earlier figures.
Financial and investment decisions
Public content is not personalised investment advice or a guarantee of returns, prices, liquidity, residence permission or transaction outcomes. Investment, property purchases and trade involve risk. Independently verify documents and terms before committing funds, and obtain qualified legal, financial or tax advice where appropriate. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Service requests, pricing and payment
Sending a form, message or enquiry does not by itself confirm an order or reservation. Prices, availability, exchange rates and proposed terms must be confirmed before a transaction. Fees, taxes, timing, payment and cancellation or refund conditions are governed by the specific service agreement and mandatory law. This page does not introduce new fees or a blanket no-refund policy.
Files and information you submit
Submit only material you are entitled to provide and that is necessary for the request. Do not upload malware, forged documents or another person’s confidential information without authority. Permission to use submitted content is limited to handling the request and delivering the relevant service. Images and videos may be optimised to reduce file size; retain your own originals of important records.
Content rights and permitted use
Rights in SAMARAM’s name, branding, design and original content, and rights of other owners, are reserved. Use permitted by an applicable licence or legal exception remains available. Commercial republication of proprietary content requires the rights holder’s permission. Third-party statistics, images and documents remain subject to their source licences; attribution alone does not permit every use.
Prohibited use and security
Impersonation, fraud, harassment, spam, unauthorised access to other users’ records, bypassing access controls, malware and disruption are prohibited. Do not collect or disclose users’ private information without a lawful basis. Report security issues through the contact page without exploiting them or exposing personal information.
Privacy and consent
The privacy policy and the notice for the relevant form or service explain personal-data processing. These terms do not replace those notices. Using the website does not by itself constitute consent to marketing, all cookies or processing that requires consent; choices must be recorded through the relevant mechanism.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to official sources, service providers or third-party listings. A link alone does not guarantee accuracy, availability or endorse every service offered by that provider. Check the provider’s identity, terms and privacy information before use or payment. This clause does not remove an express SAMARAM obligation under a separate agreement.
Availability, maintenance and account restrictions
Parts of the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, repairs or security response. Relevant access may be restricted proportionately in response to misuse or legal requirements. Where feasible and lawful, the reason and a way to seek review will be provided. Contractual rights, lawful access to data and users’ rights to challenge a restriction remain applicable.
Responsibility and preserved rights
Reasonable efforts are made to address reported errors and provide reliable information, but market information and external services can change. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits doing so, including mandatory consumer protections. Responsibility for a specific service is assessed under its agreement and applicable law.
Updates and language versions
The latest revision date appears on this page. Changes here do not by themselves alter earlier contractual obligations or accrued rights. Changes requiring notice or consent must follow the applicable process. Persian, English and Turkish versions are provided for accessibility; ambiguity must be addressed in light of applicable law and the parties’ specific agreement.
Contact and disputes
Use the SAMARAM contact page for questions about these terms, error reports or enquiries. Provide relevant details, but do not send passwords or sensitive payment information. Seeking an informal resolution does not restrict access to competent authorities or courts. This page does not itself impose one governing law or exclusive court for all international transactions.
