14.1 Go-Live Checklist (Operational Version)
This checklist sets the minimum requirements before public issuance or capital acceptance. Every item must be documented and verifiable.

Recommendation: Do not mark any item as “almost complete”. Every item must be supported by a document, test or audit report. Go-live with an incomplete checklist is a common cause of later incidents.
